Today is the last soccer game of the season. I have to say, I'm mentally exhausted by the commitment; however, recently, Sophie's been making great improvement.
Frankly, I wasn't sure there was going to be a next season. Sophie at first wasn't much into it, but in the last few games she's gotten more and more engaged. And now she's going to have friends who also play next season. And to add to the appeal of next season, I'm not going to coach. I'm going to enjoy myself sitting on the sidelines sipping my warm coffee and cheering.
